Returns, Order Cancellations and Exchanges
Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours by contacting us via email at shopHOFW@outlook.com or via phone at (416) 304-6161.
Our business hours are 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Please note that due to our business hours, orders placed on Friday through Sunday may not be processed until the following Monday or next business day.
If you received your order and would like to return an item for credit (minus the shipping charges and taxes on shipping charges), you can do so within 7 days from receipt of your order only. We will only accept the goods in completely new and unused condition. The returned item(s) will be subject to quality control and if they are scratched, used etc. they will be returned back to you at your expense.

It is the customers responsibility that any goods returned to House of Fine Writing are fully insured whilst in transit.
If we send you an item that was not ordered or an item that is flawed we will offer a free return service.
